Ruairí acts for a wide range of clients from the private individual to small start ups to large commercial entities on a national and international basis. He has a broad and varied litigation practice and has extensive experience in defamation, personal injury, medical negligence, probate litigation and commercial litigation. He also advises clients in relation to general litigation matters, immigration and commercial issues.
He has a particular interest in employment law and has assisted employers and employees in managing complex workplace issues. Ruairí has also advised clients in relation to unfair dismissals, discrimination claims, bullying and harassment claims, non compete clauses and employment related injunctions.
Ruairí also has extensive experience in commercial and residential conveyancing transactions, and has acted in the purchase and sale of a wide range of property assets. He regularly advises clients in respect of commercial and residential mortgages.
Ruairí is strongly committed to ongoing learning in order to provide a first class service to his clients and has attained certificates in trademark law and in immigration law in recent times.

Claire has a broad and varied experience in commercial and corporate law, acting for clients in company formations, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, shareholders agreements, joint venture arrangements and corporate restructuring. Claire regularly acts for start-up entities and advises them in relation to their initial legal requirements and funding processes. She is an experienced advocator in negotiations on behalf of companies in respect of investments and corporate acquisitions. Claire has particular expertise in company sales and joint venture, having represented clients in a wide array of industry sectors.
Claire has extensive experience in commercial and residential conveyancing transactions and commercial leasing, having represented private purchasers, investment funds, receivers, and large corporate entities. She has acted in a variety of complex commercial property acquisitions and sales including car parks, shopping centres, multi unit developments, student developments, mixed use developments and business parks. She has a particular expertise in corporate finance, having acted for lenders and borrowers alike in a range of commercial lending arrangements.
Claire is an experienced advocator at all Court levels, having represented clients in a range of litigation matters, including debt collection and personal injury cases.
She has a particular interest in data protection, e-commerce, intellectual property, trademarks and design rights and was awarded the Arthur Cox Foundation Prize having ranked first place in the Law Society Diploma in Technology and Intellectual Property in 2018.

He advises in relation to corporate and commercial transactions, commercial agreements, intellectual property and brands, as well as strategic advice to incentivise and grow businesses looking to flourish.
PJ’s prior to joining DBG LLP ran his own practice for over a decade, and prior to that worked in-house in renewable energy, as well as roles in large and small corporate and commercial practices in Ireland.
Examples of the recent transactional work undertaken by PJ include the listing of a company on the NASDAQ First North Sweden, the sale of a cyber security firm to a French multinational for €6.2 million, the acquisition of a waste management business in Ireland for €4.2 million, Series C Investment in and Irish technology company of €30 million, various Series Seed, Series A and Series B Investments in the technology, artificial intelligence and bio-technology sectors.
PJ’s advisory practice spans a wide variety of industries including staffing businesses, cyber security, waste management, technology, sustainability, agri/aquaculture, medical devices, medical services and other niche services industries. He advises early-stage startups and has a keen interest in assisting them to get off the ground in their initial growth phase; which has paid dividends to his practice later on as they expand their horizons into new and emerging fields and industries.

Fiona holds an honours degree in Law and European Studies from the University of Limerick as well as a postgraduate honours degree from University College Cork. She was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2017.
Fiona is committed to developing strong relationships with her clients and adopts a personable approach to her files.

Caroline joined DBG following the merger with Kiely Solicitors in 2024, having worked previously in a private practice in Limerick. Prior to her qualifying as a solicitor, Caroline worked in the banking sector working for financial corporations such as AIB and Pepper.
Caroline has a particular interest in residential and commercial conveyancing (having acted for private clients, developers, receivers and corporate entities), financial restructuring and probate.

Stephen currently practices in the area litigation including commercial and civil litigation, judicial review, immigration, family law, employment law, commercial law, commercial and residential conveyancing, landlord and tenant, licensing and renewable energy.
Stephen acts regularly on behalf of clients in the Circuit and High Court, particularly in the areas of commercial and contractual disputes, family law predominantly in divorce applications, land disputes, employment law for employers and employees and personal injury matters.
Stephen has advised and acted for charities in relation to commercial property, for housing associations in relation to CALF and HFA funding and insurance companies in relation to defence insurance litigation. Stephen has a particular interest in renewable energy and has acted for many landowners and developers in respect of commercial agreements for wind, solar and bio-diversity.
Stephen has written legal articles for a national paper and has appeared on radio discussing topical legal matters and spoken at CPD events for solicitors.
